International transactions
A sizeable part of our work is international and involves cross border transactions. We’re English qualified lawyers, who advise on English law, and where advice is required on the law of other countries we work proactively with local lawyers to meet the legal needs of our clients.
In-house
In addition to providing ad-hoc, project or deal based advice, we also offer on-going in-house type services. Our flexibility means that we are able to offer the right solution for the varying types of in-house requirements, from providing over-flow support to large and well established in-house teams to acting as a remote in-house team to those businesses without their own legal resource, and all that falls in-between. Whatever the circumstances, we are quick to understand the intricacies of each client’s approach and internal policies to enable us to provide seamless additional capacity to enable our clients to focus on adding value to their business
