Outsourcing

We regularly act for the UK arm of one of the largest global providers of payment technology and mobile security products and services. Recent projects have included:

• advising on and negotiating a framework agreement for the managed supply of virtual SIMs to a global mobile virtual network operator and its international affiliates, and a separate framework for the supply of physical SIMS.
• advising our client on its term contract for the provision of outsourced support and software services in relation to the banknote processing systems and cash centres of one of the largest cash management and security providers
• preparing standard framework agreements and advising on agreements with UK and international banks for the supply of payment cards and personalisation services

For many years we have supported the legal department of the UK subsidiary of a NASDAQ-100 global technology/consulting company on a range of outsourcing agreements in both the public and private sector, including call offs under established public sector frameworks and complex subcontracting arrangements.
